This Privacy Policy identifies and describes the way Prodigusoft, LLC uses and protects the information we collect from our My Media Catalog users. All use of My Media Catalog's products and services, as well as visits to our Web sites, are subject to this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection
When you use My Media Catalog's online services (including, but not limited to, barcode and Amazon Keyword searches), Prodigusoft, LLC automatically receives and records information from your device or browser, including your IP address, browser information, and any query information. This information is not disclosed and is used for anonymous reporting purposes only.

Prodigusoft, LLC collects personal information when you initially use cloud backup and restore services. Your email address is stored as an identifier for your backup data. When you back up your My Media Catalog data to the cloud, you are not anonymous to us.

Information Sharing
Prodigusoft, LLC does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you except when we explicitly request permission or under the following circumstances:

  1. We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
  2. We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Prodigusoft, LLC's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
  3. We transfer information about you if Prodigusoft, LLC is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Prodigusoft, LLC will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Security and Confidentiality
Access to your personal information is limited to you and to those with which you share your Cloud Key. Where possible, electronic safeguards are in place to protect your information.

Prodigusoft, LLC reserves the right to change this policy at any time and for any reason.
